Delivery Information
Noodleshortie Scents currently only ships to UK and Ireland addresses.
(Unfortunately with the recent increases in postage prices we have had to rise our prices also. We apologise for the inconvenience)
We charge:
£3.19 per order for 2nd class shipping with Royal Mail. (UK Only)
£4.99 per order for Tracked 24 shipping with Royal Mail. (UK Only)
£5.99 per order for 2nd class shipping with Royal Mail. (Ireland Only)
Please allow 5 to 7 workings days for dispatch of your order due to some products being made to order.

Refunds and Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Contact@noodleshortiescents.com If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
